The Parksville Golden Oldies Sports Association (PGOSA) is a mid-Island 55+ community made up of active, local seniors interested in participating in a wide array of organized sport and active living-related activities, including pickleball.

The PGOSA comprises of a 1200+ member, mid-island seniors community, made up of residents from Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Courtenay, Nanaimo, Ladysmith, and surrounding areas. The Association connects their members with a variety of diverse social and sporting activities, From line dancing, mahjong and card games, to pickleball, badminton, volleyball, curling, cycling, lawn bowling, and many more. The extensive portfolio of activities ensure their are year-round opportunities for fitness, and fun.
The Association’s Fall Programming recently got underway, announced through their bi-monthly Chronicle newsletter, with pickleball offered twice per week at Oceanside Elementary School.
