ABOUT

The BCCPC is an ever-growing group of 80+ avid pickleball players in the Black Creek Community which extends from the Comox Valley in the south to Campbell River in the north. The home outdoor courts are at the Black Creek Community Association (BCCA) site at 2001 Black Creek Rd. The club has a total of four pickleball courts, two on tennis courts with permanent nets and two courts that require portable nets.

The only indoor courts at the present time that the club uses are at the Miracle Beach Elementary School in the evenings, three days a week all year (except in July and August). There is a fee for these sessions and registration is through the BCCA website located by:

• Clicking the link HERE;
• By phone (250-337-5190);
• In person at the Hall.

The club is constantly in search of additional suitable indoor courts.

Many of BCCPC’s members are also members of one or both Campbell River and Comox Valley Pickleball Associations. The BCCPC does not currently have a membership fee and all levels of players are welcome to join. The club organizes open and round robin play times outdoors several days a week, from Spring to Fall, and holds a few social events throughout the year.

BCCPC is fortunate to have their very own Certified Level 2 Coach – Lisa Sawatsky, of Prestige Pickleball. Lisa is the founding member of the club, has been teaching and coaching for the last three years, and brings a lot of new players and much enthusiasm to the club.  More about Lisa here:
