Sunshine Coast Pickleball Association hosts first annual Autumn Bowl Pickleball Tournament

(Provided by SCPA) – The Sunshine Coast Pickleball Association (SCPA) held its first annual Autumn Bowl Pickleball Tournament for 48 participants on November 1st, 2025 at Chatelech Secondary School in Sechelt.

The tournament was a competitive and “fun filled” round robin tournament that included fundraising for the Sunshine Coast Hospice Society. Everyone had a great time and the tournament was a huge success, raising $1,600.00!

The SCPA would like to thank all of the players and volunteers who made this charitable event possible.

To close off the year, the SCPA will be hosting their annual Festive Dinner event for its members on Friday December 5^th at the Sechelt Legion.

ABOUT THE SUNSHINE COAST PICKLEBALL ASSOCIATION

The SCPA is an inclusive non-profit formed in 2009, which fosters and promotes goodwill, fellowship, fitness, and healthy competition among its members. There are approximately 500 players on the Sunshine Coast and the SCPA is working tirelessly for the community to secure a permanent location to offer year-round pickleball on the Sunshine Coast.
